By accessing or using TokenUsage (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who We Are

TokenUsage is provided by Aura Technologies LLC ("Aura Technologies", "we", "our", or "us"), including related websites, downloads, documentation, and support channels.

3. Eligibility and Authorized Use

You represent that you can legally form a binding contract and will use the Service only for lawful purposes.

You must not use the Service to:

• violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights,
• attempt unauthorized access to systems or data,
• reverse engineer or misuse licensing or activation systems,
• distribute malware or interfere with Service operations.

4. License Grant and Restrictions

Subject to these Terms and valid payment, Aura Technologies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use TokenUsage for your internal personal or business use.

Except where prohibited by law, you may not:

• copy, sublicense, resell, rent, or distribute the Service,
• remove copyright or proprietary notices,
• circumvent technical limitations, activation checks, or security controls.

5. Payment, Billing, and License Keys

TokenUsage is sold as a one-time payment license unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout. Prices may change for future purchases at any time.

You are responsible for applicable taxes, fees, and accurate billing details. License keys are issued after successful payment verification and may include device limits.

Unless required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable once license delivery has occurred.

6. Updates, Changes, and Availability

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time, including security updates and compatibility changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every third-party provider.

7. Third-Party Services and Integrations

TokenUsage may interact with third-party services (including AI providers, payment processors, and platform components). We are not responsible for third-party policies, outages, pricing changes, or API behavior.

8. Privacy and Data Handling

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using TokenUsage, you acknowledge our data handling practices described there.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, branding, documentation, and content, is owned by Aura Technologies LLC or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that usage metrics, provider status signals, forecasts, or alerts are always complete, accurate, or available in every environment.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURA TECHNOLOGIES LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aura Technologies LLC, its officers, members, employees, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, abuse, payment disputes, or legal requirements. Sections that by nature should survive termination remain in effect.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Aura Technologies LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

15. Changes to These Terms
